Chimichurri Sauce

  • 1 cup (packed) fresh Italian parsley
  • 1⁄2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1⁄4 cup (packed) fresh cilantro
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 
1⁄2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  1. Puree all ingredients in processor or finely chop your herbs.
  2. Transfer to bowl. (Can be made 2 hours ahead.)
  3. Cover and let stand at room temperature.
  4. Drizzle over your favorite grilled meats, toss into a salad, or coat roasted veggies to give life to boring meals!
