I battled with my health my entire life, physically and mentally. I had to change my mindset about nutrition, fix the relationship I had with myself, and adapt my perception of exercise. Ten certifications later, I am grateful for my struggle because it fueled a fire in me to equip myself to better serve others and help them avoid how lengthy and enduring the process can be going at it alone.
My passion in life lies in health and wellness. My purpose is to create an environment and community that focuses on positive physical and mental health habits. You shouldn’t accept anything less than optimal health and if you’ve struggle with your health and you want someone to fight back with you, I’m your girl.
I know what it’s like to be in a constant battle with yourself, doubting your abilities and whether or not you’re capable.
I’ve been a NASM Certified Personal Trainer ever since 2016, but I really didn’t start believing in myself and my capabilities until right around the middle of 2019 after my soul had been so tired of living at half tank. I finally took the leap of faith, hit the gas, and got serious about pursuing my passion of transforming people’s lives not only physically, but emotionally and mentally as well.
I pride myself in creating personalized training in a safe, fun environment where we push past your limits and uncover what your true potential is both in the studio and as you step out into the world. Since grappling with my own self worth and now seeing that the most powerful ally we have is ourselves, I want to instill that same belief in you throughout our relationship. I’m here to be a tool and a catalyst for your most growth yet. I’m here to remind you that you ARE capable.
I believe in you. Now, the only person standing in your way is you.
I’m currently in the dietetics program at Mount Mary University in Milwaukee, WI and have 1 year left before I can take my registration exam to become an official Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Nutrition is my passion, and I’m expanding my knowledge every day!
I decided to become a dietitian because I LOVE FOOD! I also love the science behind nutrition. I believe that by making small, sustainable changes while fueling our bodies with what they need, we can renew our commitment to health through better nutrition practices. I believe in and practice an ‘all foods fit’ philosophy, and I am dedicated to building healthful and trusting relationships between food and the body!
Ready and available to emotionally support all workouts. Gets paid 5 treat an hour but hoping for a raise in 2020.
